• The material of the W-22 blade: based on Seac's FRC™ technology, here is a light and reactive technopolymer that offers similar performance to those of carbon fiber-based composite, but that eliminates the well-known problem of fragility of the material. The compound used is so elastic and has such a high shape memory that, if we looked at the blade after rolling it on itself, once released it would continue to have its initial geometry, without any permanent structural deformation that would compromise its performance.
• The geometry of the W-22 fin: the blade of the SEAC W-22 fins has an inclination of 22°. This angle facilitates fluttering by adapting to the natural inclination of the ankle. Small stabilizing fins located at the end of the blade, at the point of greatest water flow, prevent the fin from moving laterally without compromising the correct bending of the blade's technopolymer.
• The material of the W-22 foot pocket: the SEAC W-22 fins incorporate the famous Motus series foot pocket, known for its comfort even during long sessions at sea. The foot pocket is made of two different materials, one that is more rigid in the sole to provide stability and not fatigue the foot, and another that is softer in the upper part for maximum comfort during prolonged use.
• The geometry of the W-22 lining: the shoe is optimized for blades angled at 22° and allows the blade to be easily removed in just a few steps.
