5. Prices, taxes and images
Prices displayed on www.gidivestore.com are calculated and shown according to the delivery country indicated by the customer and the applicable tax regulations.
For shipments within the European Union, prices are shown including the applicable VAT when relevant.
For shipments to countries outside the European Union (for example, the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, etc.), once the customer registers or enters a delivery address in that country, prices are shown excluding VAT (net prices). In these cases, upon entry into the destination country, import VAT, customs duties and/or carrier handling/clearance fees may be charged by the authorities and/or the courier. These charges are not included in the order total, are not collected by Gidive Store, and are always the responsibility of the customer/recipient. The customer is responsible for managing customs clearance (directly or through the courier) and for paying any applicable charges in order to receive the goods.
If the customer decides to refuse the delivery due to non-payment of import charges, the shipment will be treated as a return and all costs and fees generated by the return process (including outbound shipping, return shipping and any carrier handling/management fees charged to us) will be deducted from the refundable amount, as stated in our purchase conditions.
To these prices, you only need to add the transportation costs, which will always be shown before completing the purchase. Therefore, you will always know the final price before making the payment.
The customer will be informed of any pricing errors, safeguarding the customer’s right of withdrawal.
Due to constant product changes made by manufacturers, the item received may not exactly match the published image. In this case, it will not be considered a picking error, and return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
