The prices displayed in Gidive Store EUROPA are final prices and include the applicable VAT (Value Added Tax).

The prices listed on Gidive Store INTERNATIONAL store (countries outside the European Union) do not include VAT.

For shipments outside the European Union, it is likely that taxes will need to be paid upon entry into the destination country. In this case, the customer will be responsible for managing the delivery with customs or the transport agency and for paying these taxes.

At these prices, you just need to add the transportation costs, which will always appear before making the purchase. Therefore, you will always know the final price before making the payment.

The Customer will be informed of any pricing errors, safeguarding the Customer's right of withdrawal.

Non-Spanish companies from European Union countries that meet all the requirements and wish to receive an invoice without VAT must create an account with all their details and request it in advance by sending an email to [email protected]. In the event that there is no prior communication, an already issued invoice cannot be modified.

Due to the constant modification of items by manufacturers, it may happen that the received item does not exactly match the published image. In this case, it will not be considered a picking error, and the shipping costs in case of return will be borne by the customer.
