OMS DIR Harness
OMS DIR Harness
Description
OMS DIR Harness
The OMS Continuous Weave harness is an (11 ft | 3.35 m) continuous piece of (2 in | 5 cm) OMS signature webbing that has a total of six D-rings: one at each shoulder, one on the left waist, one on the right waist, one at the rear of the crotch strap, and one at the front. The combination of the left shoulder and waist D-rings are typically used for carrying stage and deco bottles. The SPG is also traditionally clipped to the waist D-ring. The crotch strap front D-ring is used when being towed by a DPV. The rear D-ring is used to carry additional equipment such as reels.
The right shoulder D-ring is used to clip the head of the primary canister light, and also the primary long hose second stage regulator following gas switches. Backup lights are clipped to each of the shoulder D-rings and held in place by the elastic bands. Includes two stainless steel buckles and a {2 in | 5 cm} crotch strap. Also includes a (3 in | 7.62 cm) rubber loop for the left shoulder to use as your power inflator retainer and 6 small EPDM rubber bands for securing accessories to your harness. OMS includes 2 buckles as one is traditionally used as a canister light "lock" to hold it in position on your right waist.
