The two-glass SubFrame ARC model features an anti-reflective coating or "ARC", a complex metal oxide layer applied over the “Ultra-Clear” lens. By reducing the reflectivity of the inner and outer surface of the glass, more light reaches our eyes.

Between 4 and 12% of the light that reaches our lens is lost or reflected in “classic” lenses.

ARC technology is especially important underwater, since that % of light that we are NOT going to lose with the "ARC" is much more important than on the surface, since underwater, light is already very scarce. . If we can take advantage of 98% of the light instead of 85%, we will appreciate it.
