Prices, VAT and import taxes
Prices displayed on www.gidivestore.com are calculated and shown according to the delivery country indicated by the customer and the applicable tax regulations.
For shipments within the European Union, prices are shown including the applicable VAT when relevant.
For shipments to countries outside the European Union (for example, the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, etc.), once the customer registers or enters a delivery address in that country, prices are shown excluding VAT (net prices). In these cases, upon entry into the destination country, import VAT, customs duties and/or carrier handling/clearance fees may be charged by the authorities and/or the courier. These charges are not included in the order total, are not collected by Gidive Store, and are always the responsibility of the customer/recipient. The customer is responsible for managing customs clearance (directly or through the courier) and for paying any applicable charges in order to receive the goods.
If the customer decides to refuse the delivery due to non-payment of import charges, the shipment will be treated as a return and all costs and fees generated by the return process (including outbound shipping, return shipping and any carrier handling/management fees charged to us) will be deducted from the refundable amount, as stated in our purchase conditions.
To these prices, you only need to add the transportation costs, which will always be shown before completing the purchase. Therefore, you will always know the final price before making the payment.
The customer will be informed of any pricing errors, safeguarding the customer’s right of withdrawal.
VAT-free invoices for EU companies (outside Spain)
Non-Spanish companies from European Union countries that meet all the requirements and wish to receive an invoice without VAT must create an account with all their details and request it in advance by sending an email to [email protected]. Once it has been verified that all requirements are met, the account will be updated to a Professional account with net prices.
In the event that there is no prior communication, an already issued invoice cannot be modified.
Product images and manufacturer changes
Due to the constant modification of items by manufacturers, it may happen that the received item does not exactly match the published image. In this case, it will not be considered a picking error, and the shipping costs in case of return will be borne by the customer.
Payment methods
The accepted payment methods at Gidive Store are as follows:
- Payment with a bank card, with SHA-256 security protocol managed by Redsys. Visa, Mastercard, and American Express cards are accepted. Valid for orders placed from any country.
- Paypal, valid for orders placed from any country.
- Bank transfer, valid for orders placed from Spain.
- Payment with 100% order financing, completely online and up to 12 months. Valid for orders placed from Spain, France, and Italy. The financing service is offered by Paga +tarde. In this case, it is necessary for the customer to contact us by email or phone.

Paga +tarde is a financial entity that conducts all its operations through Pagantis, an entity regulated by the Bank of Spain.
Their offices are located in Madrid and Barcelona and have more than 100 employees who are responsible for ensuring the security and trust of the clients.
Who can shop with Paga +tarde? Any person over 18 years old, with a DNI (National Identity Document) or NIE (Foreigner Identity Number) and who has a national bank card.
You don't need any documents like proof of income or payroll, just have your national bank card handy.
How do I pay my installments?
First installment: The first installment will be charged to you after you provide your bank card details in the last step of your financing application.
Subsequent installments: Paga+Tarde will automatically charge your monthly payments to the card you provide us during the hiring process.
Can I make my pending payments in advance? Of course! From Paga+Tarde, you can pay off your outstanding payments and finalise your financing at any time. In the event of paying off all the installments, the total interest to be paid decreases, paying only the interest in relation to the time you have had the financing.
From your Paga +tarde control panel https://www.pagamastarde.com/mi_cuenta/login, you can check all the information related to your financing, as well as advance monthly payments or even the total amount of your purchase.
