Nesy Easy Blending – Safe, Fast, and Precise Nitrox Mixing

Nesy enables safe and easy handling through a clear control panel and a finely adjustable, high-quality needle valve that allows continuous oxygen enrichment.

The system includes an automatic shutdown that monitors O₂ content and stops the oxygen supply if the mixture exceeds 40% O₂.

Installation requires only 10 minutes, with setup limited to connecting Nesy to the compressor control. Power can be supplied with 12V, 24V, or 220V, and the unit weighs 20 kg.

Nesy operates at a low pressure of up to 0.5 bar. Mixing is completed before compaction, reducing the risk of high-pressure oxygen enrichment. Any nitrox mix from 21% to 40% O₂ can be set directly on the system and pre-mixed.

For safety, the electromechanics prevent oxygen flow during failures or when the compressor is switched off, and Nesy automatically deactivates in these situations. The sealed oxygen pressure regulator on the accumulator is set between 1.5 and 2.5 bar, depending on the compressor’s intake capacity. A precision pressure regulator with a 0.5-bar safety valve stabilizes oxygen flow and prevents mixtures above 40% O₂ during pressure fluctuations or if the main regulator fails. If the main pressure regulator fails, a precision safety valve opens.

Nesy achieves a mixing constant deviation of ±0.3%, a level of precision not reached by comparable systems.
